The blogosphere is growing by leaps and bounds, it seems, and many of the new blog-babies are legally-oriented. One of the latest and most interesting is the California Employee Rights Blog, hosted by James Peters of the Peters Law Group in Ventura, California. James posts in Q&A format, and covers such topics as workplace harassment, wage and hour law, wrongful termination and other relevant topics from the perspective of the employees. Sort of the Left Coast’s version of this blog, if you will. Fabulous idea, James.  But more importantly, fabulous blog. Enjoy!  (Just remember that employment law often varies from state to state and what’s true in SC may not be in California - or vice versa.)
